The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the notification for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II) 2025. This announcement brings 406 exciting opportunities for aspiring candidates. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Army Wing: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University
- Air Force and Naval Wings: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply
Age Limit
- Born not earlier than 01 January, 2007 and not later than 01 January, 2010
Application Fee
- Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment or by using internet banking facility of any Bank
Selection Process
Candidates for the Army/Navy/Naval Academy and Air Force should secure the minimum qualifying marks separately in (i) Written examination (total 900 marks) as fixed by UPSC at their discretion and (ii) Officer Potentiality Test (total 900 marks) as fixed by the Services Selection Board at their discretion.
