Who Can Apply?
Qualification Requirements
- Trade Apprentice: 10th Pass + ITI in the relevant trade
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering
- Graduate Apprentice: BA, B.Sc, B.Com, or BBA
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 12th Pass
Age Limit
- 18 to 24 years as on 30.06.2026 (Age Relaxations as per Govt. rules)
How They’ll Select You
The selection process is straightforward but competitive:
- They’ll rank candidates based on the percentage of marks in descending order (aggregate of marks of all subjects of all years/semesters will be considered for eligibility)
- Meeting the eligibility criteria is a must
- Preference will be given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time
- In case of a tie in percentage marks, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be ranked higher
- If even the date of birth is the same, candidates with higher percentage in Matriculation will be preferred
How to Apply Online
Ready to apply? Here’s how you do it:
- First, register on NAPS Portal or NATS Portal and complete 100% of your profile
- Visit the official IOCL website www.iocl.com and go to the “What’s New” section
- Click on the relevant Refinery Apprentice Advertisement link
- Click on “Click here to Register/Apply on NAPS/NATS” and submit your application
- After applying on NAPS/NATS, fill in additional information on the Microsoft Forms link provided in the advertisement
- Submit the application before 28 July 2026. Keep a printout for future reference
