- Estate Assistant (1 post): 3 years diploma in Civil Engineering with 55% marks and 3 years experience
- Stenographer Grade-II (6 posts): 12th Class pass or equivalent
- Lower Division Clerks (7 posts): 12th Class or equivalent qualification
- Drivers (2 posts): Matric Pass with valid driving licence for Bus, Car and Three Wheeler
- Multi Skilled Attendants (16 posts): 10th pass or ITI Certificate
