Federal Bank has published a notification for recruitment of Clerk posts. This is a great opportunity for eligible candidates to join one of India’s leading private sector banks.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 24 years as on 01/11/2014.
Education Qualification: Graduation with minimum 55% marks for Science discipline and minimum 50% marks for other streams from any recognized university or institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
Pay Scale & Emoluments
The selected candidates will receive the following pay scale:
Rs. 7200–400/3 – 8400–500/3 – 9900–600/4 – 12300–700/7 – 17200-1300/1 – 18500-800/1– 19300
Selection Process
The selection will be based on multiple stages:
- Aptitude Test: Initial screening through online aptitude test
- Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will participate in GD
- Personal Interview: Final selection through PI
The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process, change centers, or reschedule dates based on administrative requirements.
Test Pattern
The online aptitude test consists of 5 sections covering various subjects. The detailed test pattern is available in the official advertisement.
