Eligibility Criteria
Nationality/Citizenship
A Candidate must be either: (a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. A certificate of eligibility must be issued by the Government of India for categories (b), (c), (d) and (e).
Education Qualification
- Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent
- Diploma in Company Law/Labour Laws/Public Administration
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of the cutoff date, 11th September 2026.

Selection Process
Candidates will have to clear three stages to secure the APFC post:
- Stage 1: Recruitment Test (RT) – Offline objective-type examination comprising multiple-choice questions
- Stage 2: Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates after qualifying the Recruitment Test
- Final Selection – Merit list prepared with 75% weightage to Recruitment Test and 25% to Interview marks
