IIM Ahmedabad Research Associate and Post-Doctoral Fellow Recruitment 2021
Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) has opened applications for two exciting research positions. The institute is looking for talented individuals to join their Centre for Digital Transformation and Centre for Transportation and Logistics.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Research Associate: If you have a Ph.D. in management, information systems, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or social and economic disciplines, this position is for you. We encourage applications from candidates with diverse academic backgrounds.
Post-Doctoral Fellow: Candidates with a Ph.D. from a reputed institute or university in India or abroad, specializing in transportation and/or logistics are invited to apply. Your dissertation/thesis should focus on transportation/logistics topics. While publications in peer-reviewed journals are preferred, candidates who have defended their dissertation can also apply. Just remember to submit proof of defense during application and your Ph.D. certificate when joining.
Selection Process
The final selection will be based on personal interviews. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview process.

Research Associate: Send your CV and cover letter to researchstaff@iima.ac.in with the subject line: “Ph.D. RA: Centre for Digital Transformation”. Applications without the proper subject may not be considered.
Post-Doctoral Fellow: Send your application to Ms. Suganya Sudhakar (Assistant Manager, IIMA CTL) at ctl@iima.ac.in. Include all materials as a single consolidated PDF: 1) cover letter expressing interest, 2) detailed CV, 3) two-year research proposal (max 10 single-spaced pages), 4) Ph.D. dissertation synopsis (max 2 pages), and 5) three letters of reference. Use the subject line: “Application for the position of PDF at CTL -2021”.
