- Matriculation with two-year ITI Certificate in Radio and Television, Electronics Engineering, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Data Preparation & Computer Software, General Electronics Engineering, or Data Entry Operator
- For Head Constable (Radio Mechanic):
- Passed Intermediate/12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (60% aggregate in PCM) OR
- Matriculation with two-year ITI Certificate in Radio and Television, General Electronics, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Data Preparation & Computer Software, Electrician, Fitter, Information Technology and Electronics System Maintenance, Communication Equipment Maintenance, Computer Hardware, Network Technician, Mechatronics, or Data Entry Operator

- OBC: 18 to 28 years
