UPSC Recruitment 2023: 50 Vacancies Open Across Multiple Posts
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is now accepting applications for several prestigious positions. These include Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor, Assistant Director, Assistant Director Grade-I, Professor, and Senior Lecturer roles. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor: PG Degree in a concerned Specialty with three years of experience
- Assistant Director: Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Assistant Director Grade-I: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with five years of experience
- Professor (Pharmacology): M.D.( Pharmacology) / MBBS with Ph.D.( Medical Pharmacology) or M.Sc.( Medical Pharmacology) & Ph.D.( Medical Pharmacology) / D.Sc.( Medical Pharmacology)
- Senior Lecturer: M.D. / M.S. with 3 years experience
Age Requirements
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor: 40 years
- Assistant Director: 35 years
- Assistant Director Grade-I: 30 years
- Professor (Pharmacology): 50 years
- Senior Lecturer: 50 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for eligible candidates.
Application Fee
Candidates (except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability who are exempted from payment) need to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- only. You can pay through cash at any SBI branch, net banking, or using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.
Selection Process
The selection process includes a recruitment test followed by an interview. In cases where selection is based on Recruitment Test followed by interview, candidates must attain minimum suitability level in their respective category during the interview stage.
