UPSC Civil Services 2023 Official Notification
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the notification and opened the online application portal for the Civil Service Exam (CSE) 2023, also known as the Indian Administration Service Exam 2023 (IAS 2023). Applications are now available on the official UPSC website at upsconline.nic.in.
How to Apply
Graduates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their UPSC CSE Application Form on or before 21 February 2023. Before filling out the application, applicants must first register themselves through the One Time Registration (OTR) process. Once registered, they can proceed with completing the online application form.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Graduate degree from any university incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India, or from other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. Equivalent qualifications are also acceptable.
Age Limit
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st August 2023. This means the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1991 and not later than 1st August 2002.
Application Fee
Candidates (except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). This can be paid by remitting the money in any Branch of State Bank of India by cash, or by using Net Banking facility of any bank, or by using Visa/Master/RuPay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment.
Selection Process
The final selection will be based on a Written Examination and Interview/Personality Test.
