Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
You must meet one of these requirements:
- Hold a Law degree from any Indian University established under Central or State Act, or recognized by UGC or Bar Council of India. You must be enrolled with Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or any other State Bar Council and have practiced as an Advocate or Pleader for at least 3 years on the notification date.
- OR
- Serve as an Assistant Public Prosecutor with minimum 3 years of experience as an Advocate and/or Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 25 to 35 years old.
Registration Fee
Pay Rs. 150/- through the One Time Registration System (valid for 5 years).
Examination Fee
The examination fee is Rs. 500/-.
Selection Process
Final selection will be based on three stages: preliminary exam, written exam, and viva-voce test.
