Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager:
- Finance: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
- HR: 2 years full time MBA/MMS with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM/Industrial Relations or 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HRM or Masters in Personnel Management from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks
- Management: 2 years full time MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/Post Graduate Diploma in Management from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks
- Law: Full time degree in Law (3 years/5 years) from recognized University India with minimum 60% marks. CS Qualification is desirable
- Civil: 4 years full time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks
- Fire & Security: Full time regular BE/B Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering from AICTE approved/UGC recognized University (10+2+4 regular stream) with minimum 60% marks. Personnel with relevant experience in PSUs/PSBs will be given preference
Deputy General Manager:
- Law: Degree in Law (3 years/5 years) from recognized University India with minimum 60% marks. CS Qualification is desirable
- Civil: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UGC/AICTE approved Colleges/Universities with minimum 60% marks
Age Limit
- Assistant Manager: 27 years as on 01/12/2019
- Deputy General Manager: Maximum 50 years as on 01/12/2019

- General, OBC and EWS candidates: Rs.500/- (non-refundable)
- SC/ST/PWD/ExSM candidates: Rs 100/- (intimation charges only, non-refundable)
