- Assistant Professor (Food Process Engineering): M.Tech. or Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering
- Workshop Manager: M.E., M.Tech., or Ph.D. with Mechanical Engineering specialization
- Assistant Professor (Food Safety & Quality Assurance): Master’s or Ph.D. in Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Organic Chemistry
