Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- HR Specialist Recruitment / Manpower Planning: MBA with Specialization in HR / PGDM with Specialization in HR
- Internal Communication Specialist: MBA / Post Graduate degree in Marketing / Mass Media / Finance / Commerce
- Banking Supervisory Specialists (BSS): 20-25 years of working experience in Banking regulations, particularly in credit & market risk areas
- Defence Banking Advisor (Army): Retired in the rank of Lieutenant General or above
- Defence Banking Advisor (Para Military Forces): Retired in the rank of ADGP or above (Retired IPS Officers) with 5 years working experience in Central Reserve Police Force / Para Military Force
- Circle Defence Banking Advisor: Retired in the rank of Major General or Brigadier
Age Limit
- HR Specialist Recruitment / Manpower Planning: 32 to 35 years
- Internal Communication Specialist: 27 to 35 years
- Banking Supervisory Specialists (BSS): 55 to 65 years
- Defence Banking Advisor (Army) / (Para Military Forces): Max 62 years
- Circle Defence Banking Advisor: Max 60 years
Application Fee
- Rs. 600/- for regular posts or HR Specialists & Internal Communication Specialist
- Application fee is waived for all four contractual positions viz, BSS, DBA & CDBA
