Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Age Limit: Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01/04/2015
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on an online examination process.
Exam Pattern
Paper I (Preliminary Exam)
The Preliminary Examination consists of Objective Tests for 100 marks, conducted online for 1 hour duration with 3 sections:
- English Language – 30 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 35 marks
- Reasoning Ability – 35 marks
- Total – 100 marks
Phase II (Main Exam)
The Main Examination includes Objective Tests for 200 marks and a Descriptive Test for 50 marks, both conducted online. The Descriptive Test requires candidates to type on the computer immediately after completing the Objective Test.
The Main Exam consists of:
- Test of English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
- Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
- Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Test of Reasoning (High Level)
- Descriptive Test (Letter Writing & Essay)
Application Fee
Rs. 100/- for ST/SC/PWD
Rs. 600/- for General & other categories
How to Apply
Candidates need to register online through the Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. After registration, pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, or Internet Banking.
