Educational Qualification
- Must be a Law Graduate from a University established by Law in India or equivalent with three years course of proficiency (Professional) degree

Age Limit
- Between 21 years to 40 years
Examination Fee
- Rs. 350/- for UR/Rajasthan creamy layer BC/economic backward class
- Rs. 250/- Rajasthan non-creamy layer BC/economic backward class
- Rs. 150/- SC/ST category
