Power Grid Corporation of Indian Limited (PGCIL) under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has announced a major recruitment drive. The organization is seeking 1,110 candidates for Apprentice positions across multiple regions in India.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications Required
Candidates must meet specific educational requirements based on the trade they’re applying for:
- ITI (Electrical): Full-time ITI in Electrical
- Diploma (Electrical): 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma (Civil): 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Graduate (Electrical): 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical Engineering
- Graduate (Civil): 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering
- Graduate (Computer Science): 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology
- HR Executive: MBA (HR)/MSW/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2-year full-time course)
Selection Process
The selection procedure is straightforward. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their percentage marks in the qualifying examination relevant to their trade. Shortlisted candidates will receive email notifications and must appear for document verification.
