Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) is recruiting 77 Specialist Officers across multiple departments. This recruitment is for candidates who appeared for the Common Written Examination for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and hold a valid score card.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational qualifications: Any Graduate, MBA Finance, B.E, LLB, or IBPS
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Valid IBPS score card for Specialist Officers (March 2012 examination)
- Age and other eligibility criteria as per OBC advertisement

Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Personal Interview of 50 marks to assess personality traits, communication skills, and interpersonal relations
Probation Period
Successful candidates will serve a probation period of:
- 2 years for posts in JMGS-I
- 1 year for posts in MMGS-II and SMG-IV
