- Educational qualification:
- F.H.W. Course from Indian Nursing Council Recognised Institute or A.N.M. Course. Having registration in Gujarat Nursing Council. Having Certificate of Computer course.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
- F.H.W./ A.N.M. Course from Indian Nursing Council Recognised Institute or A.N.M. Course. Minimum 03 years experience in the health department. Having registration in Gujarat Nursing Council. Basic Computer course. or B.Sc. Nursing pass and Having 01-year experience in state heath department. computer knowledge, or Diploma in G.N.M and minimum 02 years experience. computer knowledge.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
- M.P.H.W 01 year course after 12th standard. or Sanitary Inspector certificate course from recognized institute. Basic computer course certificate.
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com) and (P.G.D.C.A/ D.C.A.) Certificate in computer application, 2-3 years data entry, Information management and Computerized M.I.S. system office management and filing system knowledge. Good Typing speed in Gujarati & English
