- Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Senior category) OR
- Obtained at least 3rd position by representing the Country in World Cup (Junior/Senior) World Championships (Junior/Senior)/ Asian Games (Senior)/Commonwealth Games (Senior), except Gold Medal in Asian Games
Age Limit
- Minimum 18 Years
- Maximum 25 Years

- General Candidates: Rs 500
- SC/ST Candidates: Rs 250
- Fee should be submitted through DD/IPO drawn in favor of “North Western Railway Sports Association”, payable at Jaipur/G.P.O. Jaipur
