Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 10th class examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (no rounding off) from a recognized Board. Additionally, they need a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 15 and 24 years of age. Age relaxation is available for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹100 for all candidates. SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Women category candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from all candidates who apply. The merit list will be created using the percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate) plus ITI marks in the trade. The panel will be based on the simple average of marks in matriculation and ITI.
