- Risk Management: Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 60% marks and Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/Finance
- Information Technology (IT): B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks
- Personnel Officer: Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 60% marks and Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management
