NABARD Recruitment 2015: 18 Posts Available
The National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has released a notification for recruitment of various positions on contract basis. These roles are available at the Head Office in Mumbai and New Delhi as Subject Matter Specialists.
Total Positions
NABARD is offering 18 posts in total. The breakdown includes 13 Junior Level positions and 5 Mid/Senior Level positions.
Available Posts and Qualifications
Several key positions are available with specific educational requirements:
- Sr. Project Finance Manager (Infrastructure): Candidates should have CA/ICWA/MBA/BE/B.Tech with strong background in Project Formulation, Appraisal and Financing, and ability to network with key stakeholders.
- Specialist Officer (Law): Requires a Degree in Law or 5 years Integrated Course in Law. A Masters Degree in Law is preferred.
- Project Finance Manager: Candidates need MA/MBA (Finance/Banking and Insurance Management/International Business) or BBA/BBM or Post Graduate degree in Economics with certified course in project financing or CA/ICWA/CFA from a recognized university.
- Chief Risk Manager: Requires Post Graduate in Economics/Finance/Law/Business/Banking from a recognized university with specialization in Risk Management or CA/ICWA/CFA. Specialized training or Certificate from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GRAP) or qualification relating to Risk Management, Banking, Management is also acceptable.
- Risk Manager: Needs Post Graduate in Economics/Finance/Law/Business/Banking from a recognized university with specialization in Risk Management or CA/ICWA/CFA.
- Specialist Officers in Investment Back Office, Borrowings Back Office: Require CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com with Diploma in PGDBM/PGDFM.
- Specialist Officer: Looking for Loan Monitoring and End Use Assessment Experts.
- Project Associates/Consultants for Climate Change related Projects Technical Consultants – Horticulture: Need CA/ICWA/MBA Finance/BE/B.Tech.
- Sr. Project Advisor – Digitization of SHGs: Requires MBA from one of the top Management School, CA, ICWA.
- Communications Manager: Needs Post Graduate in Mass Communication.
Specialist Officers in Various Fields
NABARD is also seeking Specialist Officers in multiple disciplines:
- Agriculture Science: Post Graduate in Agriculture (Agronomy or Soil Science or Agro Meteorology, Agri Engineering (soil and water conservation), Hydro-geology, Horticulture or equivalent).
- Climate Science: B.Tech in Environment Engineering or Post Graduate in Climate Science and Sustainability or equivalent course.
- Renewable Energy: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent course.
- Documentation & MIS: B.Tech in Computer Science or B.Sc. in computers or MCA or equivalent course.
Age Requirements
The age limits vary by position level:
- Junior Level: 28-35 years
- Middle Level: 35-50 years
- Senior and Highly Experienced: 45-55 years
