Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must have B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering through Regular Mode without ATKT in last year or last two semesters
- Minimum 55% marks in last year/last two semesters
- Equivalent degrees considered as per UGC/AICTE list (requires equivalence certificate)
- Knowledge of Computer Operations
- Good command over English and Gujarati Language
Age Limit
- Unreserved Category: 35 years
- Reserved Category (Inclusive EWS): 40 years
- Age calculated as on 15/07/2025 (advertisement publication date)

- Rs.500.00 for UR and SEBC candidates

Selection Process
The selection process involves a two-tier examination system:
- First Tier: Computer-Based Test (CBT) for 100 marks
- Second Tier: Computer-Based Test (CBT) for 100 marks (for qualified candidates)

First Tier Examination
- Language: English and Gujarati (except Gujarati subject questions)
- Reasoning: 15 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 15 Marks
- English: 20 Marks
- Gujarati: 20 Marks
- General Knowledge: 10 Marks
- Computer Knowledge: 20 Marks
Second Tier Examination
- Language: English and Gujarati only
- Civil Engineering topics including:
- Basics of Civil Engineering
- Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering
- Design and Construction of Buildings
- Building and Steel Super Structures
- Engineering Mathematics
- Structural Engineering
- Water supply and Sanitation systems
- Sewage Treatment Plants
- Construction of Transmission Tower Foundations
- Safety and Accident Prevention
- Various Labor Acts and Regulations
Each paper contains 100 questions worth 100 marks with negative marking of 1/4 mark for wrong answers.
