Lab Engineer & Project Associate Recruitment in IIT Gandhinagar
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar has published a notification for recruitment of Lab Engineer & Project Associate positions under the SMDP-C2SD project. This project is funded by DeiTY, Government of India, in the Discipline of Electrical Engineering.
Available Posts and Details
Two positions are available with different educational requirements and salary packages:
Lab Engineer
- Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering and related disciplines with a valid GATE score
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in VLSI Design (Analog or Digital) or Microelectronics or equivalent
- Skills Required: Working knowledge of VLSI CAD tools like Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor Graphics
- Experience: Experience in LINUX operating system is desired
- Salary: Rs. 34,000/- per month consolidated
Project Associate
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering and related disciplines with a valid GATE score
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in VLSI Design (Analog or Digital) or Microelectronics or equivalent
- Skills Required: Working knowledge of VLSI CAD tools like Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor is preferred
- Experience: Experience in LINUX operating system is desired
- Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month consolidated
Selection Process
Selection will be based on interview. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated well in advance about the date and time of the interview. The interview will be conducted in the 4th week of June.
