Selection Process
- Posts at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11: Written Test followed by Interview
- Posts at Sl.No. 4, 5, & 7: Interview only
- Written Test includes Objective Test (MCQ) covering General Knowledge, English Language, Numerical Ability & Logical Reasoning, plus Subjective Test on the respective discipline
- Management reserves the right to modify the selection methodology
Emoluments
Selected candidates will be placed in pay scales as mentioned. Additional benefits include:
- Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern
- Allowances up to 45% of basic pay under ‘cafeteria’ scheme
- Gratuity, New Pension Scheme, HRA or Subsidized Accommodation, L.T.C., Leave Encashment, Medical benefits
- Non-practising Allowance (NPA) for Senior Medical Officer post
