Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Greaser:
- 10th class pass or equivalent
- 3 years experience in sea going mechanized vessel on main and auxiliary machinery maintenance
- Certificate of competency “Engine Driver of fishing vessel” issued by Marine Mercantile Department
- Seaman:
- 10th class pass or equivalent
- 3 years experience in sea going mechanized vessel with two years in helmsman and seamanship work
- Certificate of competency as “Mate of fishing vessel” issued by Marine Mercantile Department
Age Limit
- 18 to 25 years
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on a written examination and skill test relevant to their post, subject to medical fitness requirements.
