Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Ph.D./Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute specializing in Psychology, Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Science, or Education
- Proficiency in handling MS office
- Excellent command over oral and written English and Hindi language
- Experience in carrying out qualitative data collection, transcription, and analysis
- Experience in carrying out questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis
- Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, namely Atlas Ti or NVivo
- Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, namely SPSS will be an added advantage
