Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) has announced a recruitment for the position of Research Associate (RA). - Appointment Type: The above mentioned post is temporary. Initially the appointment is for 01 (one) year. The tenure may be extended, for 01 (one) more year or co-terminated with the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 01 (one) year post-PhD research experience related to cryogenics/ cryopumps/ cryocoolers.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit is 40 years as on date of walk-in Interview (Age relaxation is admissible as per Govt. of India Orders).
Selection Process
- The selection will be solely based on the performance in the walk-in interview.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates are requested to report at Institute for Plasma Research, Near Indira Bridge, Bhat, Gandhinagar-382 428, Gujarat with Govt. approved Photo Identity Card for the Interview at 9:00 AM on November 22, 2024.
- The candidate will be required to bring a CV in the enclosed prescribed format with a recent passport size colour photograph affixed on it. Copies of self-attested documents like mark sheet, degree certificate, proof of date of birth (D.O.B) and other relevant documents, should be enclosed. The following certificate/documents ONLY are acceptable as proof of D.O.B. (Any one):
- Date of Birth as recorded in the Birth Certificate.
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
- Matriculation / Secondary School Certificate in which date of birth is mentioned.
- Candidates will also be required to bring all their original documents for verification / scrutiny purpose.
- Candidates arriving after 10:00 AM will not be considered for the interview and their applications will not be accepted.
