Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of experience, including 5 years at senior management level
- General Manager (Finance/CFO): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18 years of experience, including 5 years at senior management level
- Assistant General Manager (Technology): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/Postgraduate in IT with 12 years of experience in IT vendor management in banking/financial sector
- Senior Manager (Products & Solutions): MBA with 6 years of experience in retail/digital banking product management
- Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate (CA/CS/MBA preferred) with 18 years of experience, including 5 years in compliance/risk management
- Chief Operating Officer: Graduate with 18 years of operational experience in banking, NBFCs, or payment solutions, with minimum 10 years leading large teams
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 32 years
- Maximum age: 55 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PWD/PH candidates as per Government Rules
