Eligibility Criteria for IPPB GDS Executive 2025

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Regular/Distance Learning) from University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
  • The applicant should have no vigilance/disciplinary case pending against him/her and should also not be serving punishment at the time of applying.

  • Candidates selected for IPPB Executive Recruitment 2025 will receive a fixed salary of ₹30,000 per month after deductions. They may get a yearly raise based on their performance in business and sales, as decided by the bank. No extra allowances, bonuses, or benefits will be given apart from this.

Selection Process for IPPB GDS Executive 2025

  • Merit list will be drawn banking outlet wise. Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Online Test.
  • In case of equal graduation percentage obtained by two candidates in the merit list then the candidate having seniority in service at DoP shall be selected. In case the seniority in service is also same, the candidate will be selected bases the date of birth.
  • Candidate shall fill exact percentage of marks obtained in the Graduation up to two places of decimal. The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honors/optional/additional optional subject, if any. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class/Grade is decided on basis of Honors marks only. Rounding of percentage will not be acceptable under any circumstances.
  • Wherever percentage (%) of marks is not awarded by the Board/University/Institute and only grades (e.g. GPA/CGPA/CQPI) are awarded, the same should be converted to the exact equivalent percentage (%) of marks as per the formula provided by the college/university. If any deviation is found in the application form with respect to the percentage of marks, such applications will be summarily rejected.
  • It is advisable to intimate and obtain NOC from your parent organization at the time of applying. During Document Verification, candidates will have to furnish the following:
    • Statement giving details of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Employee, if any during the last five (5) years.
    • Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the Divisional/Sub Divisional Head.
  • The engagement with IPPB shall commence only after completion of mandatory formalities pertaining to their relieving process as stipulated by their parent organization.
  • Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be in the select list.
  • Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be published on the website.
