Indian Oil Corporation of India (IOCL) has recently announced 613 vacancies. In Non-Executive Posts, Refinery Division is conducting IOCL Recruitment for Junior Engineering Assistant, Junior Nursing Assistants, Junior Quality Control Analyst, and many more posts. Moreover, a total of 513 vacancies were announced for IOCL Recruitment 2023 to receive applications through online mode. In addition to this IOCL has also announced Executive vacancies which include 106 vacancies. It is divided into Executive Level 1 and Executive Level 2.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

  • Non-Executive: Candidates must completed Diploma in a relevant discipline from a government recognized University or Institution.
  • Executive: Graduate (B.E./ B.Tech) in relevant discipline.

Age limit

  • Non-Executive: Minimum 18 years and Maximum age shall be 26 years for General candidates as on 20-03-2023.
  • Executive: (L1) – 35 Years and (L2) – 45 Years (As on 28.02.2023)

Application Fee

  • Executive: General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) through SBI Collect. No application fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/ExSM categories.
  • Non-Executive: General, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates are required to pay Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) as application fee (non-refundable) through SBI e- collect only. The bank charges, as applicable, have to be borne by the candidate.

Selection Process

  • Executive:
    • The selection process will comprise Personal Interview only. Candidates will have the option to speak in either English or Hindi language during their Personal Interviews.
    • The candidates should secure minimum 50% qualifying marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in Personal Interview, for being adjudged suitable for selection.
  • Non-Executive:
    • The selection methodology will comprise Written Test and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will be of qualifying nature.
    • A candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in the written test to qualify for further consideration.

  • Executive: Candidates may visit the website www.iocl.com and Go to ‘What's New’ > Click on “Requirement of Experienced Personnel on Fixed Term Contract Basis for engagement as Fixed Term Employees (FTEs) in Refineries Division – 2023” to get the detailed Advertisement.
  • Non-Executive: The following are the steps to fill out the IOCL Non-Executive Application Form:
    • The application procedure will start once you will land on the home page of the IOCL website through this link: https://iocl.com/
    • After landing on the page, scroll down the page a little and click on the Career option available on the same page.
    • Now you will see the Latest Job Openings option on the new page, Click on it and the latest opening will appear on your device.
    • Click on the respective application link from there and register yourself.
    • Afterwards, access the application form and then start filling out the details in the application form.
    • Once, the details are filled in, upload all asked certificates in the application form.
    • Select the payment details and pay the application fee according to the category and do the final submission.
