Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 60% marks in English in Class X or XII
  • Plus one of these qualifications with minimum 60% overall marks:
    • MSc/BE/B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Systems, Cyber Security, System Administration & Networking, Computer Systems & Networking, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence
    • OR MCA with BCA/BSc (Computer Science/Information Technology)
  • NCC ‘C’ certificate holders get 5% relaxation in cut-off marks for SSB shortlisting if:
    • Have NCC ‘C’ certificate of Naval/Army/Air Wing with minimum ‘B’ Grade
    • Served for not less than two academic years in Senior Division NCC
    • ‘C’ certificate not dated before 01 Jan 2023
  • False information at any selection stage leads to cancellation

Age Limit

  • Born between 02 Jan 2001 to 01 Jul 2006

Selection Process

The selection follows these steps:

  • Applications shortlisted based on normalized marks in qualifying degree
  • BE/B Tech candidates: marks up to fifth semester considered
  • Post-Graduate candidates: marks from all semesters considered
  • Shortlisted candidates informed via email/SMS
  • SSB centre change not allowed
  • Download call-up letter after receiving intimation
  • No compensation for injuries during SSB tests
  • AC 3-tier rail fare for first-time SSB appearance
  • Merit list prepared based on SSB marks
