Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements:
- Draughtsman: Matriculation with a 2-year Diploma in Mechanical Drawing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Draughtsmanship. Candidates need approximately two years of experience in Draughtsmanship from a reputed firm or government institute.
- Lower Division Clerk: 12th Class pass with typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 wpm in Hindi, or 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. Knowledge of MS Office applications is desirable.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
Selection Process
The recruitment process will be based on a written examination for all trades, as specified in the qualifications indicated against the posts.

- Application form typed in English or Hindi on foolscap paper
- Recent passport-size photograph (4.5 x 3.5 centimeters) self-attested
- Self-attested photocopies of certificates proving date of birth, educational qualifications, and experience
- SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-serviceman candidates must include self-attested category certificates
- Self-addressed stamped envelope (24 x 11 centimeters)
- Supporting documents for sports or cultural activities
The envelope should be clearly marked with: “Application for the post of _________________ in _________ Unit.” Separate applications should be sent for each post.
