Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- You must have passed the Secondary School Examination (SSE) from 10th standard with Mathematics and English from any recognized Board of School Education under Government of India, State Governments, or Union Territories in India.
- Local language proficiency up to 10th standard from a recognized board is mandatory.
- Additional requirements: Computer knowledge, cycling skills, and adequate means of livelihood.
Age Criteria
- Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
Application Fee Details
- Pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for all posts in your chosen division. However, female candidates, SC/ST applicants, PwD candidates, and Transwomen applicants are exempt from paying the fee.
Selection Process Explained
- No written exam or interview is conducted for GDS/ABPM/BPM posts. Selection is based solely on your 10th standard marks. The Postal department generates a merit list using a system that calculates marks up to four decimal places. After merit list preparation, selected candidates undergo document verification.
