IBPS CWE Clerk – V Interview Official Notice

Important Notice – IBPS CWE Clerk – V for Interview

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued an important notification regarding the recruitment process for CWE Clerks – V.

Major Change in Recruitment Process

IBPS has decided at the appropriate level to discontinue interviews in the recruitment process for Clerical Cadre. Accordingly, NO Interviews will be conducted under CWE Clerks-V.

The weightage system has been modified. Instead of the previous 80:20 ratio for CWE Main examination and interview respectively, 100% weightage will now be given to the score obtained by the candidate in the online Main Examination of CWE-Clerks-V.

Selection Process

Candidates must qualify in the CWE Clerks-V main examination and be sufficiently high in merit to be shortlisted for provisional allotment based on the reported vacancies by the participating organisations.

Since the clerical recruitment is State/UT specific and proficiency in the official language of the State/UT is preferred, the allottee banks will have full discretion to ascertain the candidate’s familiarity with the official language of the State/UT before issuance of offer letter. The decision of the Bank in this regard shall be binding on the provisionally allotted candidates.

Important Dates

All other conditions as released in the detailed advertisement on IBPS website on 26.07.2015 and also published in Employment News dated 15.08.2015 to 21.08.2015 shall remain unaltered.
