Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold an MBA (HR Specialisation), MSW (HR specialization), MA (Psychology – OB Specialization), or Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) with a minimum of 55% or equivalent score
- Must have two years’ experience either in academics or industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytic applications like SPSS, STATA, or R is required
Age Limit
- Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age
