Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Deputy / Assistant Manager:
- MBA in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline (like CA, ICWA or similar degree course) from a reputed university with minimum 60% marks
- Minimum three years of experience in planning & development (P&D) / Finance / Administration at Managerial / Officer level
- Working knowledge of computers and communication skills is essential
- Applicant should be proactive, self-motivated, passionate, and self-driven person with strong project management skills
- Working experience in any of the IITs/NITs or any premier Institute (National Importance) would be an added advantage
- In case, suitable candidate is not found for the position of Deputy Project Manager, the candidate may be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager
- Research Associate:
- PhD/MTech with three years of research experience with one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
- Candidate needs to have exposure to Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
- Knowledge in Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence and software environment such as, Python, Matlab and Microcontroller programming
Age Limit
- Maximum age of 32 years for Deputy / Assistant Manager
