Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Academic Associate: Candidates should possess (i) a First-Class Masters’ Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Management with specialization in Organizational Behavior, HR, Industrial Psychology or any other field relevant to Organizational Behavior; or (ii) M.Phil. or Ph.D. in any of these disciplines. Relevant work experience and JRF/NET qualifications will carry additional weightage. Candidates with outstanding academic record, with or without work experience, including those completing the final year of their Master’s degree, are welcome to apply.
- Research Associate:
- At least 2 years of experience with Magento development and project is highly desirable.
- Create, design, and modify web applications in PHP and MySQL utilizing Agile development processes.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Should have strong knowledge of OOPS, MVC architecture.
- Good command over PHP, AJAX, JQuery, MySQL, HTML.
- Candidate with experience in payment gateway integration, API integrations, plugin development, and other 3rd party tools.
- Conveying proper updates to reporting seniors.
- Expertise in other frameworks will be an added advantage.
- A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
