IFSCA Assistant Manager (Officer Grade A) Recruitment 2022
The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has announced recruitment for Assistant Manager (Officer Grade A) positions. This recruitment is specifically for candidates who appeared in the Civil Services Examination-2020 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have appeared in the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 (Written & Interview) and possess one of the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with specialization in Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance)/ Econometrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Information Technology/ Computer Science)/ Masters in Computers Application/ Information Technology/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University with CA, CFA, CS and ICWA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any other discipline from a recognized University/ Institute, which in the opinion of the Authority is useful
Age Limit
As per UPSC norms for Civil Services Examination, 2020.
Application Fee
- Candidates need to pay Rs.500/- as application fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn in the name of IFSCA Fund payable at Gandhinagar
Selection Process
- Short-listing of candidates: Based on consolidated final marks secured in the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 (Written & Interview)
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview conducted by IFSCA
- Selection: IFSCA will prepare rank list based on:
- 80% weightage for consolidated marks in Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 (Written and Interview by UPSC)
- 20% weightage for IFSCA interview to assess understanding of financial products, services and institutions including Banking, Insurance, Capital market and Fund management
- Candidates working in Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous/ Statutory Organizations must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer along with all original and photocopy of documents at interview time
