Eligibility Criteria
Each position has specific educational qualifications and age requirements:
Officer (I/C) (Superintendent)
- Education: At least second class degree in social work, sociology, or psychology from recognized Indian universities
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Storekeeper cum Accountant
- Education: B.Com. from recognized university
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Counselor
- Education: Preferably M.A. in psychology/Sociology/MSW/applied Psychology, or MSC in Human development with minimum two years’ work experience. CCC certification required
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Probation Officer Child welfare / Office Case Worker
- Education: Bachelor’s in Social work, Sociology, or Psychology with CCC certification
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
House Mother
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from recognized university with CCC certification
- Age Limit: 25 to 40 years
Assistant cum Computer Operator
- Education: Any Graduate with CCC certification
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Manager cum Coordinator / Social Worker cm Arli Childhood Educator
- Education: Master Degree in MSW/Physiology/Sociology
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Doctor
- Education: MBBS
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Selection Process
Final selection will be based on Interview only.
