Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Passed 10th/Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or equivalent/ITI with passed in the concerned trade from an institute recognized by NCVT.
Age limit
- Between 18 years to 30 years as on 28/01/2020.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected based on merit using marks from ITI and 10th. A weight-age of 30% will be given to marks scored in relevant trade in ITI and 70% to marks scored in 10th board. In trades where no ITI is required [Like Mate (Mines) & Blaster], 100% weight-age will be given to marks scored in 10th Board. Additional 10 bonus marks will be given to dependents of existing employees of HCL/KCC. If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing merit list, then the candidate of higher age will be considered.
