Educational Qualification
Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university with the following requirements:

- Speed of 100 words per minute in English Short Hand for Stenographer

18 to 35 years

Selection Process
Private Secretary
The selection involves two stages:
- Stenography Test (60 marks, 6 minutes dictation) – Speed requirement: 120 words per minute in English Short Hand (45 minutes transcription time)
- Viva-Voce Test (40 marks) – Assesses general knowledge, legal knowledge, computer application basics, and personality
Candidates must score minimum 50% in the Stenography Test to qualify for the Viva-Voce Test. The test is tentatively scheduled for 01/05/2016, and the interview for July/August 2016.
English Stenographer Grade-II
The selection process includes:
- Stenography Test (60 marks, 6 minutes dictation) – Speed requirement: 100 words per minute in English Short Hand (40 minutes transcription time)
- Written Test (40 marks, 1 hour) – Objective type MCQs covering General Knowledge, General English, Current Affairs, and Numerical & Mental Ability
Both tests are tentatively scheduled for 01/05/2016.
