Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Law degree from a university recognized in India. Additionally, you need to pass the vernacular (Gujarati) language proficiency test, unless you’ve passed secondary and higher secondary examinations with Gujarati at higher level. Law graduates from 2009-2010 onwards must have cleared the All India Bar Examination. You must be practicing as an advocate in civil or criminal courts and possess basic computer knowledge certificates from recognized government institutes.

Age Limit

General category candidates must not exceed 35 years, while SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen candidates must not exceed 38 years as of the application submission date.

Application Fee

  • General category: Rs.1000 plus bank charges
  • SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen: Rs.500 plus bank charges

Pay Scale

Rs.27700/- to Rs.44850/- plus allowances

Selection Process

Final selection includes preliminary test, main exam, and interview.
