Eligibility Criteria
Statistical Assistant
You need a bachelor’s degree with Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics or Mathematics as Principal Subject. The degree must be from any University established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section-3 of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956.
Additionally, you must possess basic knowledge of computer applications on the lines of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. You also need adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Age limit: 18 to 35 years (as on 26/06/2025)
Mines Supervisor
For this position, you need either:
- A degree in Geology or Applied Geology as a Principal subject or degree in Mining Engineering from any University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; OR
- A Diploma in Mining Engineering from any University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956
If you have a diploma, you need about one year experience in the field of Geological work or Mining work in Government or Local Bodies or Government Undertaking Board or Corporation or Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013.
You must also have basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Assistant (Lab)
You need a B.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry, or Agriculture Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Bioscience, Biotechnology or B. Tech Food/Dairy/Oil Technology, Biotechnology from a University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of University Grant Commission Act, 1956.
You must possess basic knowledge of computer application on the lines of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Age limit: 18 to 37 years (as on 25/06/2025)
