- Nayab Mamltadar (Revenue): 200 Posts
- Nayab Section officer (Dy. SO) (GPSC): 31 Posts
- Nayab Section officer (Sachivalay) (Dy. SO): 454 Posts
For Nayab Section officer (Sachivalay) (Dy. SO) posts, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government;
- Have basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967;
- Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi.
Age limit: 20 to 35 years
- Administrative Officer: 02 Posts
For Administrative Officer posts, candidates must:
- Possess a second class Bachelor’s degree in any discipline obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other Educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956;
- Have about five years experience in the field of administration in the Government or Local Bodies or Government Undertaking Board or Government Undertaking Corporation or Government Undertaking Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 or in the University on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Office Superintendent, Class – III, in the subordinate service of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Gujarat State;
- Have basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Service Classificstion and Recruitment (General ) Rules,1967;
- Have adequate knowledge of Gujatati or Hindi or both
Age limit: Not more than 40 years
- Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) / Resident Medical Officer: 336 Posts
For Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) / Resident Medical Officer posts, candidates must:
- Have a degree in Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed to University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970;
- Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
- Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both;
- Have passed the Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) Examination or Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) Examination with Sanskrit as one of the subjects or its equivalent from recognized Institute.
Age limit: Not more than 35 years
- Principal (Adarch Nivasi Shala): 04 Posts
For Principal (Adarch Nivasi Shala) posts, candidates must:
- Have a Post graduate degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the master degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956;
- Have a Bachelor degree in education with at least 60% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956;
- Have about 05 years combined or separate experience of teaching or inspecting of educational institution or administration in educational institutions recognized by the Government after obtaining Bachelor degree in Education;
- Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967;
- Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
Age limit: not more than 44 Years
- Jail Superintended: 02 Posts
For Jail Superintended posts, candidates must:
- Possess a Bachelor degree of any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other Educational Institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the government;
- Have fulfilled the requisite criteria of physical standards as prescribed in Appendix ‘A’ appended to these rules;
- Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General ) Rules,1967;
- Have passed the physical efficiency test as prescribed by the Government;
- Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
Age limit: Not more than 35 years
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- + Rs. 12/- Postal Charges only for General category candidates through challan at post office
