Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Rare Earth Processing Advisor: B.E/B-Tech in Chemical or Mineral Engineering OR Masters in Chemistry. Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Manager (Strategic Investment & Outreach): Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations or related subjects.
- General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager: Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related field.

Selection Process
- Rare Earth Processing Advisor & Manager (Strategic Investment & Outreach): A Selection Committee will review applications and shortlist candidates based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (travel allowance provided as per GMDC employee policy) or interviewed via Video Conferencing as decided by GMDC.
- GM / DGM / SM: A Selection Committee will review applications and shortlist candidates based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview or interviewed via Video Conferencing as decided by GMDC.

Interested candidates should apply in the prescribed format (as per attached Annexure) along with self-attested copies of essential qualification and experience certificates to the Senior General Manager (Tech), GMDC Ltd., “Khanij Bhavan”, 132 Ft Ring Road, Near University Ground, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad 380052. Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope. Applications received incomplete or after the due date will not be entertained.
