Eligibility Criteria: Are You a Perfect Fit?
For Head (PPA) Position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 20 years of rich experience in relevant field with proper demonstrated execution at senior level
- Preferably an Ex-army man with Brigadier and above grade
- Computer proficiency and experience working through e-office/VC
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
For Electrical Supervisor (Mines) Position:
- Electrical Supervisor (Mines) certificate of Competency issued under Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010 (CEAR, 2010), valid for Mining Operations
- Preferably with Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Training and several years of experience in mining operations and electrical services will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Excellent leadership skills, including ability to mentor, coach and correct performance
- Superior interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge through training
Selection Process: How You’ll Be Chosen
A Selection Committee will carefully review all applications and shortlist candidates based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, which could be in-person or through Video Conferencing as decided by GMDC Ltd. Travel allowance will be provided as applicable to GMDC’s employees.
