GAIL (India) Ltd has released its recruitment notification for 13 Manager & Officer positions. The company is looking for qualified candidates to fill these important roles across different departments.
Available Positions and Requirements
Total Vacancies: 13 posts
1. Senior Manager (HR) – 2 Posts
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks plus two years MBA/MSW in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks. OR Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks plus two years Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with 65% marks.
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Preference: Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Law will be given preference
2. Senior Manager (Law) – 2 Posts
- Education: Graduate degree with minimum 55% marks plus Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 55% marks. OR five years Integrated LLB degree with minimum 55% marks.
- Age Limit: 43 years
- Preference: Candidates with LLM degree will be given preference
3. Deputy Manager (Law) – 2 Posts
- Education: Graduate degree with minimum 60% marks plus Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks. OR five years Integrated LLB degree with minimum 60% marks.
- Age Limit: 34 years
- Preference: Candidates with LLM degree will be given preference
4. Senior Welfare Officer – 2 Posts
Pata, Uttar Pradesh – 1 Post:
- Education: Degree from a university established by law plus two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any university. OR two years Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any university or institution specified in the Schedule of UP Factories Welfare Officers’ Rules, 1955.
- Age Limit: 30 years
Vijaipur, Madhya Pradesh – 1 Post:
- Education: Degree recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh plus two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences OR two years Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences from any institution recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh.
- Age Limit: 30 years
5. Officer (Official Language) – 3 Posts
- Education: Master’s degree in Hindi Literature with minimum 60% marks. English should be one of the subjects in graduation.
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Desirable: Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized university
6. Junior Superintendent (Official Language) – 2 Posts
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in Hindi Literature with minimum 55% marks. Should have English as one of the subjects in graduation. Plus degree or diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized university.
- Age Limit: 32 years
Application Fee
Candidates from General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) categories applying for posts 1-6 need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200. For post 7 (Senior Welfare Officer), the application fee is Rs. 50. The fee should be paid through Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn in favor of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi.
Selection Process
- Posts 1-5: Selection will involve Group Discussions and/or interview before the Selection Committee
- Officer (Official Language): Selection will involve Skill Test in English to Hindi translation and vice-versa, followed by interview
- Junior Superintendent (Official Language): Selection will involve Written Test and/or Skill Test in English to Hindi translation and vice-versa
- The selection process is tentative and may vary based on company requirements
