- Senior Officer/Officer (HR): MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW full time course from government recognized university
- Factory Medical Officer: MBBS with CIH / AFIH from government recognized university
- Officer (Sales Accounting): B.Com full time from government recognized university
- Officer/Assistant Officer (Security): Sepoy / NCO / JCO Ex-Servicemen / Graduate or equivalent from recognized university or ministry of defense
- Shift Incharge (Instrumentation): Diploma (Instrumentation) from government recognized university
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.E / B.Tech (Electrical) from government recognized university
- Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation): B.E / B.Tech (Instrumentation) from government recognized university
- Executive Trainee (Marketing): B.E + MBA from govt recognized university. Preference may be given to Chemical Engineering graduates
