Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have B.E (Chemical/Mechanical) or B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) from a government recognized university. Post-Graduation or Diploma in Business Management is preferred as additional qualification.
The company seeks a dynamic and experienced professional with these requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University/Institution. Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable. Mechanical Engineers may be preferred if they have relevant experience.
- Minimum 25 years of comprehensive experience in diverse areas including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Project Implementation, Corporate Planning, and Strategic Planning, preferably from Chlor-Alkali/Allied Chemicals & Petro Chemical Industry. Applicants must demonstrate successful leadership with minimum 5 years’ experience as ‘Plant Head’ of a Manufacturing Unit.
- Must be capable in handling operations and engineering. Should ensure maintenance of continuous process in the plant and adhere to targeted production schedules in a cost-effective manner, along with on-time project execution. Must possess high level of judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, discretion, tact, integrity, and work ethics.
- Experience in Caustic Chlorine/Chemical industry will be preferred. Proven track record to lead across various business functions. Ability to ensure forward and backward linkages/arrangements for raw materials, Coal, Power, infrastructure, marketing arrangements including strengthening the dealer network, and other logistical infrastructure.
Age Limit
- Age should not exceed 55 years as on Date of Advertisement. Relaxation possible for deserving candidates.
